Everything you need to know about getting your Pure Island Gifts order to your door.
All orders are carefully packaged by hand and sent via Royal Mail standard tracked post. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with any tracking information where available.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days to arrive. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as Christmas.
🎄 Christmas Orders: To guarantee delivery before Christmas Day, we recommend placing your order no later than 18th December. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time.
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected] and we'll look into it straight away.
⚠️ Please note: Due to the handcrafted and decorative nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items purchased online. We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.
If you have purchased an item from one of our stalls at a fair or market and have an issue with your product, please bring it along to any of our upcoming fair dates and we will be happy to discuss this with you in person. We take great pride in the quality of everything we sell and want every customer to be completely satisfied.
Although we take every care in packaging, on rare occasions items can be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the issue and we will do our very best to make it right.
Bespoke and custom orders are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If you'd like to discuss a bespoke order, please get in touch with us before placing your order so we can make sure it's exactly what you're looking for.
